Can I pick up or return the camper van outside opening hours?

The campervan can only be picked up during our opening hours.

However, we offer a free 24/7 campervan drop-off service, so you can return the van at any time. Please note the following when you decide to proceed with this service:

No Staff

  • We won’t be able to assist you when you return the van.
  • We will not be able to provide you with a physical copy of your invoice. Of course, you will get a digital copy via email and we’ll save some paper, which always makes us Happy!
  • Our office will be closed, so you will not have access to any of our facilities.

Delayed Damage Information

  • In case of damage, we will not be able to provide you with relevant information on the spot like we usually do. Although the process can take up to 3 weeks for all cases (it depends on how fast our specialist mechanic provides us with a quote).
  • Obviously, we will not be able to look at and go over the damage with you in person.
