A 12V/230V inverter (Europe) will allow you to charge your electronic devices using the 12V “cigarette lighter” socket in the car. Be sure to bring a converter for your plugs if they are not South African.
A camping chair can make your trip a little extra special. You can sit in the perfect spot and watch one of our beautiful sunsets or bundle up and gaze at the stars. Be sure to check out our camping table for rent, too.
Renting a camping table gives you more options for leisure time. Enjoy a meal at the table, play games, tell stories… whatever makes you HAPPY.
Would you like to make your trip more relaxing by having more than one driver? It’s only fair that you get to enjoy the views from the passenger seat a bit, too. Just bring a valid driver’s license for all drivers and you’re all set.

Our coffee press/travel mug combo is perfect for coffee-drinking adventures. You can make your coffee and keep it warm in the same container. We also offer conventional travel mugs if you don’t need the coffee press feature.

The fee includes: 1) R25 000 Refundable Deposit (Returned when the vehicle is returned and inspected for damage) 2) R500 per day Premium Package Insurance (mandatory) which covers the cost of preparing your campervan to cross the borders of South Africa into Namibia, Botswana, Zimbabwe, Zambia and Mozambique.
Are you renting for a long time or planning on doing a lot of cooking? Then you might want to pick up an extra gas canister for your stove, in addition to the 4 canisters that are included in the rental price.
