1. Book the Van

Our booking engine is always up-to-date so you can confidently book your van on our website at your own time and convenience.
2. Trip Preparation

As you prepare for your trip, make sure to check out our Trip Planner and look out for some useful information we will send you via email.

3. Shuttle Pickup

You’ve had a long trip. We won’t ask you to find your way to our office or take a bus like some other companies. We’ll pick you up ourselves – completely free.

4. Check-In

Let’s get the paperwork taken care of. We’ll make sure you have everything you need and answer any questions you have about your booking.

5. Information Corner

We want you to start your trip with confidence. Using our large map and touch screen, we’ll go over some of the most important things to know before traveling in Iceland.
6. Campervan Tour

It’s time to meet your new travel buddy! We’ll show you how your camper van works so there will be no surprises on the road. This is another perfect time to ask us more questions.

8. Return & Check-out

It’s going to be hard, but now it’s time to say goodbye to your trusty travel companion. We’ll quickly check the van, close your rental, and chat about your trip if you feel like it.

9. Shuttle Dropoff

Going to the airport or a hotel in the Keflavik area? No worries, just use our free shuttle that runs every 60 minutes or so. After you return the van, we start the cleaning and maintenance routine so it’s ready for the next Happy camper.
